These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Green Care Brands, LLC, and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the GreenCareMedical.com website is also
governed by our website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the GreenCareMedical.com website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a Green Care subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.
Subscription Benefit
The subscription discount is a designated percent off MSRP of Green Care products when choosing a specific recurring rebill frequency, and is outlined on the GreenCareMedical.com product webpage and in the cart during checkout. The discount applied may change for subscriptions created during disruptive sale events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc). Subscription product pricing at rebill will apply durng the initial designated period chosen for the Subscription. Applicable taxes and normal shipping rates and rules apply.
Subscription Notification
You will receive a notification that your subscription will renew 5 days prior to renewal. All notifications will be sent to your Green Care account email address.
Subscription Cancellation
Your Green Care subscription will continue until canceled. You may cancel or modify your Green Care subscription at any time by contacting Green Care's Customer Service.
Other Limitations
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion.
- Green Care subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Green Care subscription.
- Some products are not eligible for Green Care subscriptions and are noted on the GreenCareMedical.com product webpage.
- Loyalty/Rewards points cannot be redeemed on your subscription plan
Fees, Taxes and Renewal
Applicable taxes, and normal shipping rates and rules apply to all subscriptions. We will attempt to honor your preferred shipping method of your Green Care subscription, but as necessary, we reserve the right to process your subscription order using the next most economical shipping method. If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR GREEN CARE SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING ANY SAVED PAYMENT METHOD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your Green Care subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged a subscription fee but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription fee. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Green Care subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Hemp/THC Disclaimer
All hemp products may contain trace amounts of THC. We can’t guarantee you’ll pass every drug test out there. Purchase with discretion.
